The company guarantees data privacy and will not share it without consent.

Data is processed in accordance with Spanish Data Protection Law.

1) GENERAL

1.1 Acceptance of terms by both parties.
1.2 Bicycle condition must be checked at pickup and return.
1.3 Pickup implies acceptance of condition.
1.4 Includes: pump, bag, tube, Allen key, tire levers.
1.5 Renter responsible during rental period.

2) COVERAGE

2.1 No liability for injuries or third-party damage.
2.2 Renter declares ability to use equipment.
2.3 Renter declares good health.
2.4 Insurance is renter’s responsibility.
2.5 Damage: cost + 10%.
2.6 Theft: full value + 10%.

3) CONTRACT

3.1 Delivery/collection as agreed.
3.2 Traffic laws must be followed.
3.3 Adults only.
3.4 Minors under guardian responsibility.
3.5 No refund for early cancellation.

4) RESERVATIONS

4.1  Cancellation:

4.2  Before 7 days: 50% refund

4.3  Under 7 days: no refund

4.4  Changes subject to availability.

4.5  Equivalent or superior replacement allowed.

4.6  Force majeure: possible refund (excluding weather, pandemics).

4.7  Terms may be modified.

4.8  Spanish law – Madrid jurisdiction.

4.9  ID required.

5) DATA

5.1 Database inclusion.
5.2 Data sharing when necessary.
5.3 Marketing use.

6) DEPOSIT

6.1  €250 deposit.

6.2  Same shop: immediate

6.3  Different shop: 24–48h

6.4  Card payment only.
